Our excellent facility is located very close to Waterloo and is ideal for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Picnics, Retirements, Seminars, Small Trade Shows, Tournaments, Stag & Does, Indoor & Outdoor Wedding Facilities.
- Moser Hall – upper floor of main building – this venue holds up to 260 people & includes Bar & Kitchen. You can rent this hall with a view of the scenic Conestoga River for weddings, special occasions, seminars, Christmas dinners, or company functions. Open – all year round.

- Clemmer Building and Lower Grounds – our outdoor venue on the lower grounds holds up to 160 people indoor and up to 500 more on the adjacent picnic grounds & includes Kitchen.
- This venue is ideal for outdoor events such as Family Functions, Picnics, Stag & Does, Open Air Concerts, Trade Shows, Car and Motorcycle shows.
- You can enjoy your beverages outside in our large the fenced enclosed area. Smoking is permitted in the outside enclosed area.
- The Clemmer Building is available for rent from May 1 -> October 31. (May open earlier or close later depending on weather.)

- Club Lounge & Bar – holds up to 130 people. Except when reserved, our Club Lounge & Bar is open to the public. It also includes 1 Dart Board
- Club lounge & bar is available for rent along with it’s adjacent smaller rooms, the “Small Lounge” and the “Game Lounge”
